- Final confirmation: Eligibility, travel details, fees, and required signer information will be confirmed before service.
- Photo ID: Bring valid government-issued photo identification to the appointment.
- Unsigned documents: Do not sign documents before the appointment unless you are specifically instructed to do so.
- Witnesses: Witnesses may be required depending on the document and receiving party.
- RON eligibility: Remote online notarization depends on the document, signer location, platform requirements, and whether the receiving party accepts RON.
